  1. Go to Blogger Dashboard ⇾ Settings
  2. Scroll Down to Publishing and select

  3. Put your domain name (with www) and Click on Save. Blogger
    doesn’t allow custom domain without www in this setting. But
    you can redirect your domain without www to with
    www later in this settings (I will show).

    We have not been able to verify your authority to this domain. On your domain registrar's website, locate your Domain Name System (DNS) settings and enter the following two CNAMEs: (Name: www, Destination: ghs.google.com) and (Name: xxxxxxx, Destination: gv-xxxxxxx.dv.googlehosted.com). See https://support.google.com/blogger/answer/1233387 for detailed instructions.

    But it is actually instructions to connect your domain to
    Blogger.

    Here we need marked information to save and will use in Namecheap
    Advanced DNS settings. 

  5. Don’t try to save now. Keep it as it now and continue the next step.
  6. Now, Go to
    NameCheap Dashboard and you will get a dashboard like this. Click on
    Manage.

  8. Perform 1 & 2 tasks and click on
    ADD NEW RECORD

  9. Add the following CNAME, A Records one-by-one and
    Save All Changes

    Note: Update the
    red-marked value with yours.

    Save all Changes

  10. Wait 2/3 minutes. Then go to Blogger Dashboard Tab from your browser and
    Click on Save now.

    It will either save or show warnings not to save but don’t panic.
    Try again after few minutes. You don’t need to change any
    settings. 

  11. After Saving, enable these features one-by-one. 

    Redirect
    Domain
    HTTPS Availability
    HTTPS Redirect

    Activate SSL Blogger Domain

    It will take few minutes to hours to update and activate your added
    custom domain. In this time if you try to visit your new domain, you may
    see browser errors like below –
